1/2" Part 2 Ball-cock / Float Valve BS1212/2 High Pressure

Brass 1/2 inch BS1212/2 part 2 float valve (also known as a ballcock, inlet valve, fill valve or ball valve).

High pressure, suitable for mains pressure water.

Use in central heating feed and expansion header tanks, cold water storage tanks, toilet cisterns etc.

Quieter than a part 1 ball-cock and offers better protection against backflow.

Threaded ball mounting end has 5/16 inch British Standard Whitworth (BSW) thread - use standard 4-1/2 or 6 inch float.
