This brass thread adaptor connects modern 3/4 inch BSP (Hozelock / Gardena type) garden hose pipe quick connect fittings to the outlet of your older outside bib tap.

Both ends of the connector have a male 3/4 inch BSP outer thread. One end has a 5/8 inch BSP female inner thread (rare size), the other a 1/2 inch BSP female inner thread.

Great for old outdoor taps with the less common 1/2 or 5/8 inch BSP size outlet threads.

Really useful item

This turned out to be the perfect adaptor for turning our old outdoor bib tap into 3/4" thread so we can use modern fittings on it. And delivery was really fast - next day. ( 2 Aug 2016, 10:02)

BRILLIANT!

After years of messing about with leaky plastic adaptors for my old 5/8 inch outside tap - at last a solid brasss adaptor which does the job far better. Thank you so much for prompt service. (27 Apr 2016, 11:50)

This tap adaptor saved me loads of work from changing from the old size to the new especially as I am not very good doing that sort of thing. Postage was very quick as well. (23 Mar 2016, 06:44)

Great Adaptor

This fitted my 5/8 old outside tap and allows my new 3/4 hozelock hose to be attached to my tap - thus avoiding any plumbing and new tap to be fitted. (27 Aug 2015, 15:25)
