Solder Ring Tees

Solder ring fittings are often referred to as "Yorkshire Fittings" after the original product launched in 1934 by the "Yorkshire Copper Works Ltd" company. In 1954 the Register of Trade Marks ruled that a geographical name such as "Yorkshire" was not sufficiently distinctive to be registered as a brand name. These days "Yorkshire" has become a generic term for this type of pipe fitting (most of our fittings are NOT made by the Pegler Yorkshire company).
